Neet-tex Laundry Starch is a corn starch specially formulated to improve the texture of linen.

Properties

When the right quantity is dissolved in water and allowed to boil for a few minutes, it forms a clear viscous solution

Directions for use

  • Take the required amount of starch and dissolve it in cold water while stirring until a white emulsion is formed
  • Add boiling water gradually into this emulsion while stirring
  • Allow to boil for a short while until a smooth and clear solution is obtained
  • If the solution is very thick add water slowly while stirring until the right thickness is obtained
  • Soak the linen in this solution
  • Wring out water and dry
